Finally Got the Courage to Do This: Upper/lower abs, outer thighs, hips and flanks

Today was my last check and I got some new pics. I really like how its still looking. Definitely worth it

I had constipation and some vomiting on the first week. The doc said I needed to stop drinking too much water and advised to drink Gatorade for the next 2 weeks. I am drinking Gatorade all day now and I've been feeling very good. I stopped taking all sorts of pain killers at day 7. But I still have to be careful about what I eat I had some pasta yesterday and there was a lot of swelling at night and some pain.

I still walk very slowly and get swollen if I walk too much. So I'm taking it slow but I am able to work perfectly fine sitting on my desk.

The pics are from yesterday (day 8 day post op) I am still very swollen but my abdomen is definitely flatter than that 2 day post op pic but I'm still very lumpy and curves are not defined yet. Hopefully the swelling will go away soon! But so far encouraging results

Woke up at night due to pain and took some medicine. This morning I'm good. Took my garment off to take a shower, abdominal area is numb and swollen.
