28 Years Old, Needed Help to Start Again

Hello girls!
It has been almost 1 year journey and it really helped me to start a healthier lifestyle. I started training and working out 4 times a week with an online PT.
I've learnt to make my own diet and there is a lot to do left but I am closer to my goal than I was when I started.
This operation was the push I needed to start all over and love my body. You can see I've lost fat in other areas of my body and I was able to reduce even more the fat left in my stomach area after the operation.
After the operation my waist was 83/81 cm while now is 79,5/73 cm. It is a huge diference due to the love handles, I didn't operate them but I have been training them a lot.
For me is the best decision I took, totally worth it. The pain is minimum for the good results but of course, it is not magic, you will need to keep a healthy life style if you don't want to through away your money.

Hey all!
It has been almost 6 months since my operation and I couldn't be happier. I had my appointment with the doctor yesterday and everything is perfect.
I have been training with a personal trainer and It will take some more time before I am where I want but I am feeling really good!

6 weeks after surgery and LPG finished
I don't wear girdle anymore, started to train a week ago and finished my LPG massages yesterday after 4 appointments. I still have 2 more weeks to go with strict diet but I think I will keep it for a while more. LPG can be a bit painful but worth it.
I can see real difference in my abdomen and some work to do in the rest of my body but this is a HUGE motivation.

Thanks! I was thinking about doing it after the 6 months review with my doctor, when he send me the pictures in HQ :)
