A few pictures with clothes
WORTH IT$7,708
Boobies look bigger when I am naked and in tight clothes, smaller in loose fit. I am still only wearing sports bras and they don't exactly enhance anything. I have bought a couple of new unpadded bras (size 70D / 32D) and when I wear them boobs look bigger. Some bras I tried on I needed 70E, WTF?! Must be that silicone requires bigger cup sizes.

Six weeks update on complications
It has been six weeks since my ba and I am so happy with my new boobies. They feel more and more like a part of me and they are getting softer each week. The right one has been sitting higher and feeling harder from the start, but now it's also beginning to soften and drop a little. I have attached a picture of how it looked from the front at three weeks and six weeks. They look less assymetric now.
So what about compöications?
I can move my arms pretty much like before, there is just a litte stiffness in some angles. I am back to sleeping on my side and it feels great. Still havent started working out except power walks but every now and then I run after my kids and it feels perfectly normal.
There is no pain at all except a litte tenderness around the scars if I press them. Scars are healing well I think, just a little redness around them from the tape. I still have a numb feeling under my breasts but it is getting better so I guess nerves are finding their way back together.
I have no rippling but perhaps it can come later? There is some muscle distortion, the implants are pressed out to the sides when I flex my chest muscles. It felt weird in the beginning but I am getting used to it. And they don't move that much, it's nothing I can't live with. My own boobs moved the same way but of course it feels different with implants.
Any questions, feel free to ask :-)

Hey your new boobs look great! Are they soft and squishy? Can you feel the implant? I'm planning a revision surgery soon, going from anatomic to a round implant as I want a softer feel.

Before and after...
I used to think my boobs looked small but quite okay, but now that I compare them with what I have now I am so happy I did this!!

Lovely result! I feel like you, I want to keep my athletic, small frame and have my breasts to suit my build. I am a 32a and I am going even smaller: 190cc round nagor, under the muscle. I just want breasts but rather small, practical and hopefully beautiful than too big. End of the day I still want to feel like me...
Have you gone back to running yet? If so, how are you getting on? I also do a lot of training such as push ups, burpees etc. Anyone with under the muscle experience with this type of training? My op is in 8 days!!!

Hi! Thank you!! :) The more I read about complications with bigger implants the more happy I am that I chose a smaller size. I still feel like me and they don't interfere with my daily life, but bikinis and bras fit so much better! I hope you will be happy with your result too. I have not gone back to running, except running after my kids haha :) That feels good though, no pain and my breasts don't feel heavy at all. So I figure running will not be a problem! I hope your op will go smooth and your recovery be a breeze ;) I think recovery is easier with small implants!
