I am 66 years old and as long as I can remain I have had huge breast and have hated them. I avoid pictures below neck because I can see how big I am, 42DDD and wear a minimizer bra in hopes of camouflage these things. My nephew passed away approximately 4 1/2 years ago and I remember hearing her complaints!

Roo49 I am less then two weeks from my surgery. I am on Medicare over 65 and for some funny government reason won't approve till after surgery! We discussed this and my husband and I both agreed that if I don't get it done I will have similar problems as my mom, so doing it with a what the heck attitude on how paying for it lol. I'm sure dr thrilled with this attitude! So things I am looking forward to and hoping he can get as small as I would like:
Looking down and seeing feet
Standing up straight with no shoulder slumping
Pain in shoulders to stop, two years ago I fractured my right shoulder and the pain has not ever gone totally away. It was awful because I couldn't wear a bra comfortably and PT seemed to make it worse
Sorry got off subject, let me continue:
Lower back up to neck pain, hoping it will decrease a lot so I don't have to live on Advil (taking only Tylenol right now)
Being able to wear clothes without having to do a lot of alterations and not having to wear camisole under sleeveless shirts beside arm holes too big when get to fit boobs!
Took me years to get to this point and hope that all goes well!
Forgot to mention being able to exercise without flopping
