I chose Dr. Berkowitz because he had so many reviews on here and seemed to be well known. I had Botox treatments there a few months ago and my eyebrow was drooping down badly. I was so disappointed, I called to see what could his staff simply told me it would wear off in the area. The receptionist said she would definitely let him know and I never heard back. A couple weeks later I called again and he was on vacation. He and his staff seemed to think if they just put me off long enough I'd let it go, I guess it worked for him, but I will never go back.
