I'm exactly 12 days pre-op and very excited! I've waited years for boobs and been working very hard in the gym but want a little lipo to help with the last bit of stubborn stomach and back fat that wants to stay. I'm very confident in my surgeon Dr. Vitolo. He has over 20 years of experience. Looking forward to an amazing result!!

Yeah that sounds about right for your body frame in my opinion. Thats not to big so they will look natural and youthful. You will look great!!! ;)

Hi there...I'm looking forward to following you on your journey. I just got a ba in Feb. I'm 1 month post op. But I'm considering lipo on my stomach and possibly on my buttocks. Your buttocks look great. I'm a similar build as you. I'm pretty muscular and plan to keep this lifestyle. What are your stats? (Height, weght, etc.) Have you decided on what kind of implants you are wanting and size? Sorry for the questions. I have one more: why lipo over a tummy tuck? I'm wondering what my options are. Thanks :)

I'm 5'2" 135 lbs. very muscular build. Planning 350-380cc's because I want my breasts to balance out my buttocks. I have a mid abdominal scar from surgery when I was in my 20s. I didn't even consider a tummy tuck. I want to see how it all looks after the lipo. I will definitely be posting pics. Planning to keep up my gym routine and clean diet. Hope I'll be better than ever after the Surgury.

Wow I would have never guessed your weght. You have excellent muscle. And, yay, you're my height! I was originally too scared to go too big. I saw two ps and one recommended 234ccs and the other 250-275ccs. I have a wide chest. I'm 12 bwd and other ps measured me, I think it was 12.5 and 13 bwd. So I could have gone bigger but I didn't. Now from time to time, the boob Greed monster raises it's ugly head and I wish I had gone up to 350ccs. I'm hoping though that once my boobs drop, I'll be satisfied. If I still feel bothered by my size a year from now, I'd like to consider lipo on my buttocks maybe a revision. It's so hard this sizing decision because on some days I feel huge!! I wanted to do lipo in my thighs and under my butt but it would have been 17k which was crazy to me so I figured I'll do this part first and keep working out-
Stair master 5 times a week for 30 mins and see if I can get there through exercise. If not I can always do it in a year or so. I'm a little scared that I'm going too big, but a few of my friends said go up one size from what you're u think you want because you'll wish you went bigger. So we will see. Maybe I'll just do the 350cc and leave them there. Thanks for the support.

You are in excellent shape and have great breasts to start out with so your results will be amazing. I went too small my first surgery but that was the 250 range. You go for whatever you feel comfortable with but since you are muscular with nice hips you can get larger implants than 385 and they will look very natural. You don't look like you need a TT at all. Looking forward to following your journey :)

Day 1 post-op and very, very happy so far. Even though at the moment they look huge!
I had my trans umbilical breast augmentation yesterday. 425ccs saline over the muscle? Lots of people asked why, over the muscle? Because that's what my surgeon recommended and I trusted his expertise. I did go a little bigger than originally planned. I read lots of reviews from other women who felt they didn't go big enough and I had a friend who said go up a little from what you think you want.
Even though they're riding high and they're very swollen, I'm so happy.
The trans umbilical is amazing because there is no trauma to the nipples and only a small suture line at my belly button. I did also have lipo of abdomen and flanks. Do my abdomen is sore and bruised. I'll be taking those dressings off tomorrow and will post pictures. Here are pics of my new breasts!
