So I'm day 3 post op
Easing up on the Vicodin. Went to VS to buy a supportive sports bra- wow at least it doesn't hurt now. I also went to the gym and walked on the treadmill for an hour.

3 days post-op And my breasts are still so swollen and without a bra on are quite painful. This freak me out a little. I do kind of feel like there are aliens on my chest, I know I'll get used to them and I have absolutely no regrets it's just of after being basically flat chested my whole life it's somewhat surreal. I know I will adjust but it's just odd at the moment.

You are looking great! It is so weird the first few days. You will get used to them in a week or two. You are over the worst of the recovery period. I hope you feel better soon and enjoy your new additions!

Your breasts look amazing! I know its a weird feeling in the beginning but you already have a beautiful shape to them and your only 3 days out! I swear the liposuction is a longer process and the numbness drove me nuts, but you will love it once the swelling goes down. I had to wear a compression garment like spanx 24/7 for 6 weeks then 12 hours a day for the next 4 weeks. That really helped with swelling and not getting a bumpy result. Congrats though you look Great!! ;)

The ab binder is more uncomfortable than anything. So I've been using workout pants with the ace bandage from my breasts but I suppose I should invest in a good spanx or waist trainer? Thank you for your experience!!!

How's it going? Which VS sports bra did you get? I ordered a couple online waiting for them to come in

I don't know the name of the sports bra but I got the one that had the least amount of padding with the inner clip and zipper outside! Love them!

So I'm now almost 7 weeks post-op and I'm in love! Size shape, everything!! I feel completely healed from my BA (trans-umbilical) and still have a couple of lumps from the ab lipo. I'm still doing daily massages and hoping the abdomen will even out eventually.

Hi, did the lumps from the lipo eventually dissipate? I'm thinking about doing lipo of abdomen and flanks with Dr. Vitolo as well, and am nervous about lumps. Also, now that it's been 4 years, have the results lasted? Thanks!

I ended up having a tummy tuck. I also had a revision of my BA with a different surgeon. I would definitely get at consultation with 2 different doctor.

Oh wow, you don't recommend Dr. Vitolo?
