Heres a few pictures from the day of surgery, 3 months post op (after second lift) and today almost a year on. For those of you thinking of ex planting i can honestly say its the best decision I've made, i feel lighter, healthier and happier than I've ever been. :)

3 months post op, scar revision needed
I went to see my surgeon and he's not happy with the scar he wants to take more tissue from under my breast. I agree with him.as they do look slightly bottom heavy. Im booked in for 22/3. I have to say, ex planting was the best decision I've ever made i feel so much healthier, I've more energy, headaches and fatigue are no more exercise is wayyyy easier! Heres some more before and after pics.

Yes just the hospital and anesetic fee. Its just scared revision

That sounds like it could be expensive. Did you have a lift too? The price he charged for a lift and explant is very low compared to the prices where I live. If it was only $6,000 for everything I would definitely do it, but it's almost twice that and I have a child to raise on my own. Good luck with your revision surgery. I think your breasts look great and I think the scar will improve a lot over time.

No. I need to wait another year to save up money. I am also not sure if I should do the explant and lift separately or at the same time. It never occurred to me that I could need a second lift. How long was your recovery for the second lift? Taking more than 2 weeks off of work would be very difficult for me.
The second lift recovery was nothing i felt fine in a few days just a little sore where the stitches were. Good luck x

Thanks so much for replying ! This makes me so happy / nervous / excited to hear as I’m having this done very soon and my surgeon has already advised me to I may bottom after the first lift so possible second lift .. and I just have to cover hospital fees ( same as you ) ..
Can I ask you , did you have your surgery done in London ? If so how much did you pay ? And would you kindly show me pics now of what your breast look like after second up lift ?
Also how did you feel going under twice ? And was it the best thing you ever did ? Sorry for the questions, I’ve been looking on real self for someone in my exact same situation for weeks and I’ve finally found you !! Xx

Wow 3 weeks already!! Back to work next week, i feel so much better than I did last week no longer an emotional wreck! Stitches have dissolved now and my scars are looking really neat!
Oh and ladies i went bra shopping, im so happy, they must be fluffing out a bit as i got measured and im a 34c! i love love love all the pretty bras with the thin straps i can now wear!

So happy for you I think you tears are your body tears of joy at being all natural and loved again! Bless you for sharing your story, I'm Day 6 post explant and hope I will look as good and happy with the result as you! Big love & well done hug you look terrific xx
I think you look fantastic, I’m planning on this when my youngest doesn’t need to be held so much and lap cuddles will suffice. Bet it will be amazing going bikini shopping and not having to get tops with the wide unsightly bands! Or even to get a strapless suit! Xoxo
Im so pleased with how they look and feel, i have more energy too. The recovery was really quick much quicker than the lipo! Don't think id ever have impants again even though my boobs are tiny i love them! X
