Provider Review
I am reviewing Dr. Mendieta's staff, not Dr. Mendieta. I have called this office 4 times in the past 2 weeks. Marisol was supposed to call me back, and I have yet to hear back from her. I find some of his staff members to be a aloof and rude, in this field, you must have people who are kind and responsive. I have heard from people and the media, he does great work, but unfortunately his staff is not doing him justice. He is probably too busy to even notice... Five family members wanted to get a procedure done by Dr. Mendieta, but now we are afraid to move forward if this is what they call "customer service." If you care about customer service, you might be better off elsewhere - specially if you have the cash.
