I read a lot about Dr. Kass before going to get Resylane injected. After reading all of his reviews I didn't know what to expect. I made the appointment and the lady was very sweet on the other end. They fit me in no problem and when I met with him I automatically felt comfortable. I didn't feel rushed or just another patient. He tooks his time and listened to what I had to say and then offered me his best advice. He didn't judge my concerns or make me feel that I was being too picky. He listened and offered me the best solution. The process took 10 minutes and he used this little vibrating device before injecting me each time which completely help minimize the sting. He is the best and I hope he sticks around for years to come.
