Asked for height to bridge & tip to be lifted a bit - obvious defects

WORTH IT
I wish I still had a more defined bridge. Nose bridge now looks thinner, now considering fillers.
My nose now has a 'petite' bridge as a result of fixing the crooked onlay graft placed on dorsum. I wish I still had a more defined bridge. I lost some of the height at the cost of fixing the crookedness. Still, its much better than that weird piece of garbage the last surgeon gave me.
At the time, what was most important to me was getting my tip back. I later found out why i had no nose tip and that was because of the 'grafts' the previous put there by previous surgeon and they dont even look like grafts because they were small, chopped up pieces of cartilage that were ramdomly scattered on nose tip. Who DOES THAT? Crazy.
I AM SO GRATEFUL to current doctor because he was able to remove the Pieces of cartilage, and i have my original nose tip back, THANK YOU
I wouldnt have had to go through all this if only valerio would have just left my nose tip alone and just added bridge. Like it was so complicated to understand. this surgeon had to go and create a problem where there was none.
How dare this surgeon impose what he wanted on an unsuspecting patient without their full concent.
So Im glad that this is OVER. Valerio nightmare is OVER. GAME OVER.

At 4 to 5 weeks I feel my bridge is small and thin and supratip and tip is huge post revision. Do you think it'll go down ?

I'm a revision yes. But my bridge at 4 to 5 weeks on one side looks weird and dented. I hate jt haha . My eye sockets are still swollen and cheeks near node so I'm praying one day I wake up and it's perfect

Yea mine looks weird and dented on the left, i complain of that too. I may need more cartilage grafts just to even it out. Huhuhu. Yours might seem uneven but I bet its not that bad

Without pictures it just sounds like badmouthing the doctor, esp since I've seen this story over and over, on various social media platforms - pics or it didn't happen.

This is some befores. Bridge was higher and more defined but it was crooked so it needed to be fixed,. Please ignore the tape on nose tip, it was how i hid the nose tip for the past year. It was terrible.
The nose i have now isnt exactly what i wanted but it is certainly much more bearable than the last nose.
I wish I Could have the same height and definition again except without the crookedness.

Bridge now. Much less defined, current dr suggested to give my nose a 'sloping' profile which would mean making the bridge smaller-- not exactly what i wanted, but at the time, i wasnt sure, and couldnt think of anything else besides nose tip being restored and all everything else seemed only minor concerns.
