You look absolutely fantastic! Your scars have healed so nicely; they’re barely visible. You have plenty of cleavage (imo) even without the bra.
Scars have literally been the least of my concerns, ha! Ironically, I did have to have a scar revision on an arm scar that turned hypertrophic and red, so it can be a struggle for redheads.
Caplin is one of the 2 surgeons Im deciding between. If I go with him I will do the anatomicals, but I'm still debating on if I want those. How do they feel, are you happy you did those instead if rounds?
As far as feeling them inside me, it feels completely normal. I can touch the implant on the lower outside of the breast because of my positioning, but it's not a big deal. I've been wondering if I should have asked about rounds since I have no upper pole fullness. But it may have also pushed my lower pole further down from the top. We really needed to push the lower tissue UP from the bottom, I think. I trust that Dr. Caplin did what was appropriate for needing upper pole fullness. I'll just never have big round ones because natural breast tissue doesn't do that ;-)

As far as Dr. Caplin, I just adore him. He is expensive, but really great. (I just used him for lipo also)
He did mention I could remove all natural tissue and put in rounds to achieve that look, but that isn't really part of my plan right now to be naturally boob-less!

I'm about 2 years out and need to get another picture! My cleavage situation is bleak, but that is to be expected since I have a lot of natural breast tissue and droop. With a NRA, the cleavage is great.

One of my implants sits far out near the armpit. I've asked my PS about it and it said it has to be out there to push the tissue in. This "pushing in" works well with a bra. My suggestion to people like me that do want to be braless but need that lift is to get the underwire only, no cup bra. It gives the appearance of braless but holds them up for cleavage.

My PS recently measured me and they have not fallen in 2 years. It is just not realistic to expect natural breasts with an implant to look like someone with an A cup that got large implants.

Thank you for your update @ 2 years post op! They’re not many around here that return after two years or even at one post op. That’s great that they have not fallen after two years. Do you have any recent pics to share?
