Dr. Caplin is simply the best plastic surgeon in our region. As a Nurse Practitioner, I have done my homework and have extremely high standards for healthcare providers. Dr. Caplin far surpassed my expectations. He is meticulous, honest, responsive & most importantly, a skilled surgeon. I saw him for a consultation in 2010, 2012 and again 2/2017 (each visit was for the same reason, a breast reduction). Clearly, I have deliberated whether or not to have the procedure for years. Dr. Caplin was remarkably patient with my many questions, always welcomed me back, and didn't make me feel stupid for taking so long to make the decision. I am only a few days post procedure, and can already tell you how thrilled I am with the results. Dr. Caplin performed my mother's and my grandmother's reductions, so he knew the family history and truly cares. I have already referred 2 colleagues and friends to him. He's the sweetest and most competent physician. I am 44 years old, married 20 years and have 2 daughters. I was a 34E bra and had shoulder ridges, neck and back pain for years. So happy to have finally done something!
