I got Silicon breast implants with a fat overlay about two yrs ago I really like the way the fat made the implants more natural looking. The wait times can be a bit long just so your aware. I would recommend Dr Del Vecchio to my friends I have actually had a few get this procedure done after me. The girls in the office are very helpful..
