5 week update
Today is 5 weeks post op. I'm feeling really good. My back is not bothering me anymore which is a huge relief! Last night I was able to get the rest of the steri strips off. So much more comfortable without them! I went to Target today and found 3 bras that actually fit me. I might have to go get more of them in every color! Overall I'm really happy with how I look. The incision under my right boob is quite a bit lower than my natural crease like I suspected. Once the scar heals more and starts fading it won't be so noticeable I hope. I had forgotten how uneven my boobs were before implants in both size and height on my chest. My right one is smaller and lower. Not complaining, just commenting!!
4 week update
I'm now over 4 weeks post op! Things are going pretty well. My back seems to be getting better. I've had a few nights where it didn't bother me at all but this morning it spasmed again when I sat up. It just lasted a few seconds though. I was able to get off a few of the steri strips after I showered. The others are still pretty stuck so I'm afraid to rip them off. From what I can see the incisions look nice. I'll be glad once all of the strips are off. I went bra shopping at Kohl's yesterday. I tried on a bunch of different bras and the only ones that fit were the sports bra-ish ones. I'm going to try ordering some from Title Nine. I'm definitely smaller than an A cup and they have a good selection of AA and smaller bras. I'm feeling really good about my decision to explant. I still have moments where I kind of mourn my bigger boobs especially when trying on some of my old clothes but those moments don't last long. I love that I'm all natural now!

Forgot to post updated pictures. I don't really any change in them. The incision under my right breast looks like it's quite a bit lower than my crease will be. I guess that might change once the steri strips are off. However, I do remember the surgeon who put my implants in saying he would need to lower my natural crease to accommodate the implants. So that may be what's going on.
