VERY happy with results! Saline Implants, underarm incisions

I had saline implants 12 days ago, and am extremely happy with the results and healing, so far. I went from a size B to a full D cup (so far). I posted before and after photos, as well. My surgeon is amazing! I highly recommend him!

Here are some before and after photos. I had saline implants with underarm incisions. 12 days later I am healing great so far! The breasts still have not settled and fluffed much but I notice them getting softer so far! I went from a size B to a size D, as far as I can tell! It's a full D and I am very happy with the results!!

They look great! Did you go under or over the muscle?

Thanks so much!! I had it under the muscle, and armpit incisions. The incisions are tiny. :)
