I have noticed some rippling when I bend over that is to be expected with the saline implants, I don't mind it and another user requested pictures of the rippling that is trying to decide between salines and silicones!

I totally agree, I know it is normal for a lower amount of breast tissue in the begin with and I do not see it unless I am bending over without support, that pretty much never happens, I totally don't care at all!

Thanks so much for posting! Such a big help! That's not bad at all. If you google ripples it looks much more extreme lol. So its only that one position? If you lifted your arms would it be there? Also sorry one more ? Lol... Did your doctor use top and bottom of muscle layers or just top? The dr. I'm looking into uses a bottom muscle too. And it was the first time I heard of it.

I see them also when I am laying on my back they are apparent on the bottom half of my breat, I don't see them when I lift my arms or anything. They really aren't bad at all which is why I dint mind them, I just have under the too muscle implants!

Oh alright :) thanks. Yeah and they aren't in the cleavage. It looks like they are in a thinner part of natural breast tissue. According to dr. K that is.. And that's why he does both muscles. Still odd to me using all of those muscles lol. Well you look amazing and def still in my wish pix. They just stand so proud and tall, all on their own :) can't wait!

Hi... Rippling are normal... I remembered mine before,.. I was so worried but after a year.. It went go away. My ps is right, it needs time to heal. I got silicon implant by the way.

Hello there! Your results look great. And as normal with a breast aug, or cosmetic surgery in general, your results keep improving over time! I had a breast lift along with implants about a year ago. I chose silicone, moderate profile, under the muscle, 425cc's and 450 cc's. I never experienced any rippling, but like you described I can physically feel my implants in there on occasion. I also will here a "sloosh" every once in a blue moon, usually when I am lying in bed. Nothing crazy, more comical than anything. My breasts look and feel totally natural, it's crazy! I had extremely sad and deflated boobs before, and I honestly could have cared less if they would have turned out rock hard lol. However, that was not the case :) My husband and children still lay on them like they are pillows. Haha! My MIL was even curious about them, and I made her feel them for herself. Yeah, I know I am strange haha, I have no modesty or shame. :) Again, you're results are fantastic! Congratulations on the new you!

I feel 100% still loving my outcome! I visited my mom in Washington over thanksgiving and she approved (; them for being so natural looking! I do feel like they get sore after not wearing a bra for too long, this may just be normal for having bigger breasts, I am definitely not complaining! My size has settled at 32DDD. One of my dog ears isn't completely gone, I am scheduled for my surgeon to check on this in February but I am not super worried about it. Anyway it's all still very exciting! haha

Thank you so much for your bravery and picture's! I know exactly what you mean I was so scared to post mine!! I wanted to kind of compare our before shape because I seriously love your outcome and you were a good size before. I think your nipples were higher than mine on your before. I REALLY do not want a lift yet. Lol you had nice breasts before your surgery too. I don't think you should be a bit ashamed!

Thanks for posting pictures and I can relate to how you feel. My breasts were dropping unevenly and I was down and embarrassed. I didnt feel attractive and did not want to post pictures. But I'm glad I did because now they are very similar and I'm proof that the dropping process can be tough but the end result can be beautiful. I think you look fantastic! You have come very far and you should celebrate it. I bet you have inspired and/or comforted other ladies here.

doc said he put mod plus high profile 375cc implants overfilled to 400cc on one side and 450cc on the other under the muscle!
