Revision Sientra Textured HP 440cc~ 5' 4.5" 145lbs, Had nipple sparing mastectomy w/ recon
I had my Revision of former Breast Reconstruction yesterday morning (April 13th, 2015). It went great!
Here are my STATS so someone can possibly relate to my measurements and get an idea of their own situation/future. :)
34 years old. 5' 4.5" 31.5" rib cage (below breast area). 145lbs got to love gaining mastectomy pounds!! (Working it off ASAP) lol. HAD Sientra Smooth Round 320cc implants Moderate Projection (way too small for me and I had tons of excess skin and indents....swapped them during a revision yesterday to: Sientra Textured Round High Projection 440cc's which fit great!
I received Sientra Textured Round High Projection in 440cc's which was an excellent width (12.8cm to close the 4-finger gap where cleavage should be) and also have great fullness which I love.
I still have a couple small dents, as we knew I would, which I may or may not get fat grafting...I know nothing is perfect, especially this road I've been on, so if these dents don't become more prominent, I'll just leave them. :)
I was able to get a few pictures of before surgery all marked up and also a handful of pics when I lifted up my binder that I have to wear until post-op to help keep my form nice.
I'm so happy with my results so far, and can't wait to see my future progress. Lots of pain, especially on left side where incision is...I asked PA what it's from, she said my skin was very thin under my fold and they had to cut and tuck it under while stitching it in place. It's a deep stabbing pain- pain meds work to a point, but I may need a relaxant. I'll see how today goes. :)

EXCELLENT Surgeon & Staff! Not sure I'd have gone through with my major surgery if it were anyone else. Dr Johnson, Kristina, & Irene (along with the girls at the desk) have got to be the most welcoming women I've met in a Dr Office! Will continue seeing her for revisions/fat grafting/future exchanges. If you are looking for a wonderful outcome with a detailed and focused PS (Plastic Surgeon), she's who you should see. Had my exchange of Tissue Expanders to Implants TODAY (and though feeling pain and pain Meds aren't helping much, SHE & her PA are AMAZING!) even with the infection caused by a fluke thing 3 weeks after my Mastectomy, I STILL put my faith and trust in Dr Johnson & her staff. I honestly can put all of these lovely ladies on a pedestal and they're all so humble- to me, they're life savers & built me up back to a new life.
