WORTH IT$5,840
24 year old Houston mom of 3 breastfed girls. Scheduled my augmentation for March 11th, 2016 (wanting to pay cash, so I scheduled a few months out to save). I'm about 5"1, 130(ish) pounds. I've lost a lot of weight in the last few months, and am working really hard to get in shape before surgery! I can't wait!

Wish looks!

Just a few of my wish photos... These are all pretty much the look I am wanting to ultimately achieve. My original plan was to go 650cc UHP, but after another visit to my PS I decided to go 750cc UHP. I'm now pretty well decided that I'm going to go 700cc UHP. I'm a smaller girl, but I am not really chasing that "just right for my body," or "natural" look. I don't mind a bigger, more obviously fake look.

Same here... if I'm paying all this money then I want to be known that I had them done.

Stats & miscellaneous info.
lli311December 12, 2015
5"1
Roughly 130lbs
More of an hourglass shape
Working out frequently to tone after 3 babies
I'm planning on going 650-750cc round, smooth, silicone, ultra high profile implants. 650 was what I chose at my first appointment when I scheduled my surgery (March 11, 2016). Went back a few weeks later and decided on 750. Now I'm thinking I'm getting boob greed and that I may end up looking crazy. So I'm leaning towards meeting in the middle and going 700. I am somewhat worried about bottoming out, but I chose a phenomenal surgeon and am hoping and praying that I don't have to worry about that! Has anybody bottomed out? What did you do? And what was the main cause for it happening? Also, does anybody have the internal bra?
I have millions of questions and love this site so much! It's awesome to see all these women telling their stories and empowering other women!

Glad RealSelf has been helpful with your journey so far. It sounds and looks like you have a very good idea of the look you are seeking. How are you going to manage 3 little kiddos under foot while you are recovering the first few days?

I love this site! It's given me so much information via other people's experiences. We actually have 5 kids... 8, 7, 4, 2, and a 9 month old! We have custody of hubby's kids. I scheduled my surgery for a Friday so they will all go to school/nanny as scheduled. Then I'll have the weekend and hubby will be here. I am going back to work the following Monday (but have the option to take off if I want to) and he will be here to help me get kids loaded up. It's really just getting the baby in the car seat that I'm worried about! My older two can hop in their car seats alone and get their arms in, and all I have to do is buckle them. So that may be a challenge given that I won't be able to lift weight. But thankfully I have a lot of support and people who are close to me (distance wise) that can come and help me in the mornings and then hubby can pick up kids and do all the heavy lifting after he gets off! (:

Oh wow, you really do have your hands full! Sounds like you have a good plan. Yes, take advantage of that extra day off if you can. You might be a bit more tired than usual. ;) Thanks for sharing your "before" picture. It looks like you have some good breast tissue to start with so I'm sure you're going to get some great results!
