I am 5' 7" and 200 pounds. I have never been skinny. I have large bones and look awesome at 160. Since my kids, so many years ago, I have pretty much been at this steady weight. I decided to quit waiting and just do it.

When I went to my second tt consult, the ps told me that the better option is a circumferential tummy tuck rather than an extended tummy tuck. At first I was completely freaked out. I haven't lost a massive amount of weight so I do not have hanging skin everywhere but I do have a hanging stomach and my hips/ flanks are round to my back.
The ps explained that he could best create a nice incision without dog ears if he extende the tummy tuck and the honestly once you are within a six inch gap on the back, why not go all of the way.
The other ps I met with was going to do an extended tummy tuck with lipo to my lower back. I honestly think that having that skin and fat cut out rather than the fat sucked out, sounds like a better option. Plus I have heard that the lipo is the worst part of the entire process.
I am beyond excited!

My surgery is scheduled the same day as yours, July 16th. I'm having TT, Lipo on flanks, lower abdomen, lower back and upper back with fat transfer to my buttocks. Good luck on ur journey

I was wrong about cutting out the fat in the back. The incision is lower under where my fatty spot was, the sacrum, so I did have lipo on my back... Let me tell you, that is a hard spot to get lipoed. It has been the slowest to heal. Looks great though!

You are the same height and weight that I am right now. My weight is a royal pain cause it is a real battle to keep losing. Mind you I am 62 this year with a under active thyroid which doesn't help. I just had a panniculectomy and I am happy with my results but sort of wish I went for the full TT including having the surgeon go around to my back like your did for you. BTW you look great and I hope you are happy. :)

Cool sculpting on inner thighs

Tummytuck123123
I had cool sculpting on Monday. The process itself was not painful but man, my inner thighs are super tender and bruised up. It isn't a painless procedure for sure but I haven't taken anything for pain management. It isn't THAT bad. Won't see results for a few months.

Cool sculpting day 5

Ow. I have been icing my inner thighs. They are not as swollen as they have been but man, they are sore. I have not been so sore that I am not doing anything but I wear my spans pretty religiously since the pressure seems to help alleviate the pain. It feels like s sunburn and every once in a while a weird zing of electricity will shoot through my right thigh especially. It is manageable, I have kept up my workout routine and am not taking anything for pain.

I would like to know about how much that costs and could you see the results immediately. I need to do same
July 9, 2015
No, the results are not immediate. I think I might be seeing some very slight changes but it takes about four months for results. Mine cost 700.00 per session which means per area.
