My youngest is four years old. I've spent the last three years exercising regularly and working on eating healthy foods. I've cut out sweets almost entirely - only for social or special occasions. I work out hard - I've run multiple half marathons and other shorter races, and I do weights and cardio five times a week. I feel that I've hit a point where my body is as good as it's going to get on its own. My breasts are small and empty, and they stay small and empty even when I start to gain weight. I'd like to basically fill them up without going very big. And I'd like to get rid of the extra skin on my belly.

Thanks for sharing your story. Yes, there's only so much diet and exercise can do, and it sounds like a mommy makeover would be a good choice. Have you researched doctors yet? You can read reviews of a few in your area here. Let us know how we can support you.

Pre-op

I had my pre-op appointment yesterday afternoon. So far I've been super impressed with the doctor and office staff and how everything is run. We went over everything I need to know for before and after surgery, and I was able to pick my implant size. I chose 325, because I liked the look of the 300's the best, and the lady helping said that they'll end up looking a little smaller, because they'll be under the muscle. Plus, my husband liked the bigger ones a bit better, of course.

I'm excited for this to happen. Last night I caught myself excitedly whispering "I'm going to have big boobs!" a couple of times. I haven't been nervous at all, and honestly, I haven't thought about the surgery very much over the last month. Keeping up with my family and keeping the house running is plenty to keep my mind busy.

I'm feeling really great. Very stiff and sore when I get up to walk, but overall not as bad as I suspected.

At first I had to push really hard to pee, but this morning it came a little easier. I still had to push a little, but not as hard as yesterday.

I'm doing the breast massages. I just hope I'm doing them right. In doing what they showed me, but it's real easy to think that I might be doing it wrong.

The kids have a two hour delay from school because of ice on the roads, so it's been nice to have everyone take this morning slow. The kids are downstairs eating breakfast, and my husband will get them all off to school soon.

I don't have a drain to worry about, which is really nice. They even left the gauze off my middle after checking it yesterday, because it wasn't leaking or anything.

Here's a couple pictures of the before, right before we left our hotel for the surgery center. The other picture is from yesterday during my one day post-op check.

I'm waiting for my garment to dry right now. I'll go get the kids up for school and take pics before I get dressed.

Things turned a huge corner for me yesterday, and I actually feel like an almost normal person now. Just barely sore. I had this constant state of extremely low nausea- like just a queasy feeling, and it disappeared yesterday as well. I'm so excited to out even more time behind me!

So you didn't have drains at all? What do they expect your bra size to be? I'm exactly like you: 3 csections, half marathon runner, crossfit 5 days a week . . . it's not ever going to fix the sag! I'm planning for the same in a few months.
