Age, sun and acne take a toll. I didn't appreciate...
I chose to do this during my winter vacation so was not pretty during the holidays. I was nervous going in, but Dr. Chestnut and his super fun, caring team made me comfortable. The only part of the process that was painful at all was right up next to my eyelashes and on my knuckles.
The recovery was uncomfortable, but I was prepared for that after reading all the reviews on RealSelf. Ice and vinegar solution made all the difference in itching and ability to sleep. Dr. Chestnut checked in on me and made sure I knew he and/or his team was available at any time. I only regretted my decision on one day when I was a very red itchy swollen Oompa Loompa.
My hands, surprisingly, were the first to heal and look smooth and soft. They don't look like my mom's hands any more!
In the month since the treatment, I have healed well. I do still look like I have been somewhere tropical recently, but I am okay with that! The wrinkles around my eyes are nearly gone. My skin is smooth and plump and has healed surprisingly quickly. I'm happy with the results.
I am so glad Dr. Chestnut suggested this treatment. He is a great care provider!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Chestnut and his team. Every time I visit, I feel like they are looking forward to seeing me. Dr. Chestnut is a calm presence that is full of information. He is also patient and willing to answer any and all questions. I will continue to see Dr. Chestnut and his team for my skin maintenance. I appreciate their kindness, humor and support.
