From the first time I met Dr. Emily Williams she was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Since I had had implants for nearly 17 years, they had become incapsulated, and one had actually ruptured. Dr Williams presented a plan to prepare me for the removal and insurtion of new implants. Giving me choices with out any pressure. I appreciated the way the office manager, Dana, laid out the plan for payment and went over all aspects of the necessary labs, EKG, and needing a current mamogram. I didn't feel pressured in any way. All of the surgical staff were just so great. I am an RN and I work in surgery and we can learn from this surgical center!! AWESOME! I was given very clear discharge instructions, with the ability to reach Dr Williams if I needed to. I highly recommend Dr Emily Williams and have appreciated the wonderful care.
