You look great! How are your incisions healing? I'm considering periareolar too!

That is an excellent question. Because of an accident I had when I was just a child, I have had 20 reconstructive surgeries on my right foot throughout my life. I think we did the math and came to over 2,000 stitches over that time. Of all of my incisions I've ever had the Periareolar incision was the cleanest and quickest healing of them all. I am 100% pleased with the results. When they go in through the armpit it is hard for them to release the pocket fully like they should. And when they do the crease incision by the time your breasts fully drop the scar ends up on the bottom side of your breast and not in your crease

The pariareolar incision also hides best on dark nipples. I think he would be a perfect candidate. You might also want to look at a lot of the pictures where they had the crease incision where you will see that after the boobs drop it's not in the crease anymore

I know it's been awhile since I put anything on hair but I find spending every moment trying to get rest. Going back to work on day 4 is stupid no matter what profession you're doing. Don't forget this. On a light note I was able to pick off most of the super glue that was covering the dissolvable sutures and I'm absolutely ecstatic with the scars or lack thereof. I'm a little concerned though with what appears to be small hematomas that appear to be new and developing as old ones go away. I called my doctor and they said that if it looks like it got any worse in the next couple of days to give them a call and be seen. I will have to keep an eye on them now. Otherwise here are some inspiring pics 2 catalog!

Muscle spasms are at their worst now. It may have something to do with my 13 hour day at work. I tried to go all day with out any pain pills are muscle relaxers and stead took only ibuprofen. I was hoping to get a BM soon but with so much pain right now I give up. Hey man, muscle relaxer, heat pad and pass out! Lots of rest for tomorrow and the next day off.

I'm so sad you are back to work so soon, let alone, almost your whole day! I really feel for you. Yeah, these muscle spasms are finally starting to go down a bit for me, they were really bad up until this morning...I woke up feeling not too bad! Warning on laxatives...only take one if you absolutely have to...major tummy aches if you take two. Your breast shape is awesome, by the way, and I have seen nipple scars look amazing after a little while...can't even tell in the long run. You are so lucky! :) Get rest today, I hope.
