I have wanted this since I was 16 years old . I have always been small breasted and made fun of . I am so thrilled today to wake up and see breasts on me that are not engorged with milk lol, Soon when I buy my first bra it will no longer be padded and I no longer look like a boy when naked, Today is the day I had my surgery and I have been following Dr Buchanan's instructions religiously and so the pain is not bad. This was so worth if and I am so excited to see how they look in a couple months
