Hi, I just had done a tummy tuck by Dr Derby your surgeon works in the same office. I am 8 days post op and although is a bit soon I like my results so far. I've been wanting to get breast augmentation for a long time but I don't want them too big or fake looking or the "lollipop " technique , I think your breasts look amazing!
Right size, nice hidden scar and natural looking. You don't mention the cost, would you mind telling me? I might get them done next year :-) thanks!
Do you want a lift or just an augmentation? Are you interested in silicone or saline?

Yes, my surgeon is in the same office and he is amazing!!! I chose silicone because they are more natural feeling and looking. I think I should have had a lift for the result I wanted but am still very happy. My scars are minimal. Thank you!!

I hope you are happy with your tummy!!! Doing the breast will most likely finish the result you desire!!

Augmentation is around $6700, lift has a higher cost.

I'm 5 weeks post op and I like my results so far,still swollen especially in the afternoon but I know is normal, can't wait to see the final results though :-)

I chose sientra 504 HP. I wish I had done a moderate profile now, because it would have made the breast slightly wider with slightly less projection. But that is based on my body type/width. You should schedule a consult once you are ready and see what the next journey has in store for you!! Tummy tuck is the next on my check list! Cant wait to see your final results! :-)
I think I'll schedule my consult in the next few weeks. I want to wait at least 3 months before I get it done to make sure everything is good with my TT. I'll post before and after pics soon :-) happy new year!

I decided to have my augment after having two children and weight that went up and down. I have wanted implants for years but never met a doctor that made feel it was the right choice for me. I lost shape and size after my children and wanted to feel like a woman again. I chose a HP Sientra 504 textured implant after much debate. I love them! My recovery was painless (for the most part) and I am happy with my results for only being 3 months post op. My only regret is not going bigger!

The consultation was very helpful and trying on the many implants made me sure of my choice. Dr. Buchanan held my hand through the process and I feel he educated me rather than push me into a surgery. It was overall a great experience!

You're 2 days po pic look a lot like mine do now (I'm 8 days po) and our befores are kinda similar. It's hard to know how we'll end up looking after it's all settled and stuff. But you look great and it gives me hope. I think I'll love mine too...after my brick boobs settle down a bit. Thanx for sharing your journey.
They settled very nicely. You can't even tell they are fake, very natural looking now! Thanks for the comment!

LOVE my doc!!!! He was amazing thru the process and very professional. He helped me to be realistic with my results. I am beyond happy with the service and treatment. I will be returning for my next service!!! I think he spent more time with me, patiently, not making me feel rushed into anything. He answered my many questions with kindness. Dr. Buchanan is a rockstar!!!
