So after many months of lurking through this website enviously, I have finally decided that it's my turn! I went to a consultation yesterday with Dr. Chad Wheeler. Their whole office was great and made me feel super welcome. They did my measurements, talked about what I'm looking for, and I tried on some sizers. I really liked the look of the 550cc high profile silicones. He said he's not quite sure if it'll fit in me but he will try his best, otherwise they'll do the next highest possible. We did the 3d imaging and I really like the look. We also decided to do over the muscle, he said that I have enough tissue for it. I also looked at before and after pictures, and I really like his work. The consultation went well and I decided right there that this is where I want it done. I went into another room with the patient coordinator and we went over pricing. I then made a deposit and scheduled my surgery! January 19th is the day I picked. We were going to scedule a pre op, but since I live about 5 hours away, and because I was already very consistant and sure in what exactly I wanted, we did the pre op right then! Went over sizing again to make sure, filled out a few forms, went over what to do the day of surgery, got my prescriptions, and I was set! They will be calling a week or so before just to double check everything. I left with a big packet full of paperwork and booklets and what not, but honestly I finished about 90% of it on the way home because I was so excited. Now time to start stocking up on post surgery essentials. Does anyone have anything they recommend? Comfort items, otc mediction, food, etc?
Will be updating with before pictures later!

Congrats! The 19th is soon! I just had mine done on the 10th along with a rhinoplasty and upper eyelid surgery. I got 590cc ultra high profile mentor gel under the muscle. I am 5 days post op and have have VERY minimal pain. I have heard that going above the muscle has even less pain, so you will do GREAT! I started taking arnica Montana, bromelain, 1000mg vitamin C, 5000 vitamin D along with my multivitamin 2 weeks prior to my procedures. And I have honestly had almost no bruising or swelling with my rhinoplasty and eyelid surgery, and no bruising with my breast augmentation. He even had to take a little of the tissue out of my left breast so they would be even and still no bruising. I'm so excited for you! You are going to LOVE them.

I'm sorry I just saw this! Wow, 3 surgeries? You are a trooper. But that is amazing that you have so little pain! What pain medication are you taking? I have oxycodone and I was in a great amount of pain until I took it, it was a god send. But now I feel fine! Just some pressure. Also this may be a silly question but what exactly does the eyelid surgery do? Is it like an increase, or a decrease?
I did get a multivitamin, arnica, and vitamin C, but I just started them today so I'm glad to hear they work!
Thank you for the support! I am in an ace bandage until my post op tomorrow so I can't pull it off for pictures until then but I did peek under and I think they are perfect. I originally said I liked the look of 550s. He said since I haven't had any previous surgeries or any children my skin hasn't stretched so he wasn't positive he could fit them, so he ended up using 520s and I'm actually glad, they're perfect.
How are you feeling about yours? And how is the dropping and fluffing going? I like the look you're going for, the red white and blue bikini picture's look is super cute. When showing my doctor my goal I actually just showed him pictures, I actually just showed him Ineedboobies1 's results, they are amazing.
It's funny I see you had to take a 5 hour trip for yours, I did as well! 5.5 hours. Are you staying there for a while or did you just do the one night?

I am actually in pretty much no pain. I am 9 days post op. I do take Tylenol in the morning about 8 and again at about 4pm. I have a 15 month old and 3 year old so the constant going does cause a little soreness sometime. I was on Hydrocodone. I took 1 pill every 6 hrs and I was also on diazepam and took one pill every 6 hrs (I alternated so I was getting some medicine every 3 hrs) for he first maybe 3-4 days. Then I would take 1 hydro in the morning and Tylenol for my middle dose and 1 more hydro before bed. I would only take the muscle relaxers if I felt I needed them. Then went to Tylenol on day 5. I did take a pain pill before my cast and stitch removal bc I was super nervous. I know crazy, but I have never had a cast or stitches before so I didn't know what to expect lol. But I think I have a pretty high pain tolerance, or so I have learned through all of this. I really don't remember a whole lot about the 1st 2 days, I just slept lol. I didn't know what upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) was until my aunt recommended it to me. I had very hooded eyelids, you couldn't even see any of my eyelid and it just makes you look refreshed. It makes your eyes look more awake and open. I am SO happy I decided to do it. I am loving mine. I originally looked at 450cc, but then I made rice sizers and really liked the look of 550cc or a little bigger, and I herd that if you go under the muscle that you loose some of the projection. I did my pre op the day before and my dr said for my frame I needed uhp so either 545cc or 590cc. I told him I really wanted 590cc and he said if they fit he will use them and if not 545cc. One thing I remember when I woke up from anesthesia is the nurse telling my husband he went with the 590cc and I said "My boobs are going to be HUGE!!!" Lol. I really don't remember a lot. Just feeling super nauseous and they gave me a shot and then I was fine. So far they are still pretty hard, I have been reading that dropping and fluffing takes awhile. I go back on Tuesday and they are going to teach me massage techniques. We rented a house for the week since I had to be back for my cast removal and my stitches out of my nose and eyes. My mom lives about 45 min from where I had my surgery so she kept my kids 5 days so I could have so time to rest and recover, which was AMAZING! Honestly the worst part of everything is how tired I am. My body gets wore out and I am a person that goes all the time so feeling like I need a nap, sucks! I am not a napper lol. Overall I would do it all over again! So far I am LOVING my results, and knowing that they only get better over the next few months makes me even more excited!!! I am praying that you have a fast, pain free recovery and your results are exactly what you want :)

Wow, I remember reading that you're a stay at home mom, does that mean you went back to that full time on day 5 when you got them back? If so it's no wonder you're so tired, especially since you stopped your pain meds!! I don't have any kids, but I was a pre school teacher for a while and I know how tiring that can be on just a NORMAL day.
Oh yes, I was certainly the same waking up!! Nauseated and in awh. But looking at your pictures they turned out really good. And your nose, oh my goodness, that must have a much faster heal time because it already looks AMAZING!
Thank you!! I hope the same for you as well :)
Yes I think that's one of the hardest parts, having to wait. Like when you already know they look good but you have months left until you can see the end result. I feel so impatient! Hahaha

We got them back on a Sunday and stayed up there until Tuesday, it rained on Wednesday so my husband stayed home with me. So I only had them today and yesterday completely by myself. Thank you so much. My nose is actually still really swollen. They say with in 3 months you will see a dramatic difference in swelling, but it takes up to a year for the final results. So it actually takes a little longer than the chest. But I think bc it's so much smaller and straighter even with the swelling, it looks like it's heeled faster lol. My chest is super tight today. I think I am seeing some drop and fluff, but I also have been more active the past 2 days so idk if that has something to do with it too. How are you feeling?

Okay guys, I'm 10 days away. I've fillled all of my prescriptions, i bought some extra pillows, cleaning everything. Any advice on which vitamins, lotions, creams, etc would be useful? Any snacks recommended, or things that will be helpful? I'm trying to prepare everything early.

I left a comment on your 1st post with vitamins. I didn't have much of an appetite the 1st few days. Crackers to the eat while you take you pain meds and ice water with a straw. Oh I also started drinking pineapple juice about a week before. About 10 oz a day. Helps with swelling and bruising. I'm still drinking it 5 days post op
