WORTH IT
I didn’t have hormonal acne until I got a Mirena iud. I love having the iud so I went to the dermatologist to help with my acne. After trying other medication, basically the same day that I started spiro, I saw results. I’ve now been on it for over a year. I get a pimple every couple of months(which now seems like such a big deal! Haha) but overall it has worked wonders.

I hope that is how mine will be. I’m two months in and still having minor breakouts, but I can tell an improvement since I’ve started them.

Ive been using for over a year as well and like you every once in awhile I'll get a small whitehead. I used to have cystic acne on my chin whenever i had a period. Spironolactone has changed my skins life!
