Turbinates damaged
My nose does not only look awful with the inverted v deformity...I have nasal polyps that mean my nose runs everyday it's so gross.
I believe the turbinates that regulate the air flow were damaged or removed during surgery. James Murphy literally did the worst surgery on me possible.

I am still getting contacted by patients who go to this surgeon and are left with devastating results like my rhinoplasty that should have been straightforward. Please filter the negative reviews no surgeon should have that many!!!

Please please please read the negative reviews this surgeon has. It’s so sad I’ve been contacted yet again by two girls in august 2022 who’ve had less than satisfactory outcomes after surgery with this man. It’s heart breaking that the spire are failing in their duty of care to protect people. He clearly lacks the skill set, he is not consistent in his results it’s destroying peoples confidence. I have daily nose bleeds / can’t breath / I have developed some scabs where my septum is deviated and it’s making me so self conscious as gross bits fall out of my nose.I wouldn’t wish what I’ve been through on anyone.
