First I was going for bbl but then changed my mind to TT. But I have a lot of fat in my back, sides, stomach etc. not sure what to do but my surfer is coming up soon. I have no buttocks but afraid bbl results may be to much. What should I do?? Dr. Ortega...help! Will I have smooth tummy and waste w TT

Hey! A tummy tuck will get rid of the extra skin and stretch marks below belly button. He also does Lipo of the flanks aka love handles. If you do a bbl it will definitely give you a defined waist, but you will still definitely have extra skin so you would eventually need a tummy tuck to fix that. If you ultimately wanted both, I would do bbl first to make sure you have enough fat to do the bbl followed by the tummy tuck to tighten and smooth everything out.

Thank you. Have you had a procedure done by Dr. Ortega? I think I'm going to stick with the TT first like you said because if I get the bbl first I'll surely have to come back for a TT.

You should think about getting both if you do decide get the mommy makeover he needs to know before you go it will save you money you get a discount I think I save almost 1500 and if you decide to go back for your bbl the will not do a best lift am glad I did the mommy make over first my front is alset now

I got the mommy makeover that what you should get stomach gone breast life, for 5900 I had to get the extend tummy tuck and Dr. Ortega did mine he is excellent. the next day I went to WalMart I had very little pain you can't even tell you have a scar on your breast

I would love to get the full mommy makeover but I'm so scared...I've been looking at a lot of them here and a lot of people seem to have problems with the breast healing. I don't know maybe I'll change my mind, lol. How long ago did Dr. Ortega perform your surgery? I would love to see your before and after pics

I didn't have a problem at all my breast didn't hurt even a little bit, DR Ortega is the best my daughter went their last year before me she had the same thing done she is going back this year for the bbl she is taking some fat from her back and upper legs . if you get the bbl first I think you would have wished u did the mommy make over. I dont need the bbl because my but is big but saying that is that my stamach was just as big as my but

Did anyone have a problem with the mess not being strong enough with Dr. Ortega?
