On arrival they TRIED to have me do a pre op with a medical assistant, Not a nurse or surgeon.... Oh no! In their defense the MA has been trained by the surgeon but that wasn't good enough for me! Then to make matters worst my post op with the same MA ..... Oh no! So I had to wait 2 days to see my surgeon, since he doesn't work on Fridays. Overall, I'm very happy and pleased with my results so far and I would definitely use their services again.

My pre boobs look like yours and doctors keep telling me to get a lift. Now that it has been a year have yout boobs started to say or droop?

I live up north, so it was easier for me to consult with few surgeons in NY. My first consult was with Urmen Desai, with whom I thought was a really nice guy, the consult went really well and I thought he had some great options. But , I honestly didn't feel as though I should pay so my for my implants. I started looking into surgeons in Fl. I saw Rami Ghurani work and reviews and I fell in love with him. I did my consult via email, my coordinatoer was Emily( really nice girl with a banging body), at 1st I was adviced to get a breast lift w/ implant. When I met Ghurani for the 1st time he was really straight forward, he made me feel comfortable & I felt confident he knew what he was talking about. I basically agreed to everything that he said with a few questions and zero doubt!

I'm sorry I have so many questions because I'm thinking of going to him . and you look absolutely PERFECT!
1.Did you actually get a lift because I don't see any scars that would show you got one?
2.what size were you before & do you have before pics? (Just want to compare because I'm sure I need a lift but don't want the scars from having one plus I don't think I could get the size implant I want with the lift .
3.what did you have to pay?
4.how any days did you stay before getting back on a plane
1. No lift
2. Before .... Oh Gosh! Small B cup. I will upload pic.
3. I did my surgery Thursday, left on Monday. So about 4 days. But that's because I demanded t to see my surgeon before I left.

Wow no lift he did amazing job!!! I to am looking to do implants with no lift I was told by dr. Ogteal @spectrum recommend I need a lift but I don't want a lift due to higher risk & scar.. Plus I seen some other girls pics who got a lift & implant & they breast look like it's still sag.. I'm getting more options.. How much did your procedure cost?
