I really haven't lost any inches since the first month I lost 5 8'ches total right now I'm a 36-28-43... I did want my booty a 46 but it's ok it looks good just want my waist to get smaller ... if I was you ladies don't go over 50 pounds over weight and expect good results ... it's only so much fat they can take from you... I still have a little bit of fat but nothing that bothers me and he told me he might not be able to get it before surgery... but that's why it's good to work out

Im saying don't go 50 pounds over your regular BMI.... gaining 10 pounds won't do much for anybody honestly I say they need a good 40 pounds and have to be overweight on their BMI.... because after surgery you look thick... I loved how thick I looked off the table but I lost 5 inches which is a lot too me.... and my friend lost 5 inches also.... so why only gain 5/10 pounds you probably would only gain a inch.... that's not worth the pain ... might as well workout

Oh I got you I wasn't sure cos I've read most doctors say 5-10 pounds over your desired weight and I wasn't sure if it's a typo but I see what you're saying :) I was worried I was carrying too much weight but I guess it's probably better just to keep it so they have more to work with hey
