Dr. Ghurani

I have been back and forth on the phones with Spectrum Astetics for 3 months now and it is very very hard to get in contact with them. I really want to stay using the doctor, but I'm starting to think the stress of not being able to get in contact with the office in a timely fashion is going to be a big issue. I had paid the 500$ to set my date and everything was fine, then they called me to change the date and told me the next available date they had was a 4 days later. On the spot I agreed not wanting to lose my spot all together. Then later realized it would be an issue. I called a few days later to change the date and then they told me I had to pay a 500$ fee to change it when they originally changed the date. It's getting so frustrating. Now it's so hard to get in contact just to change the date to a date that woks with me. I had to change my dates for my recovery home and my flight. I hope everything goes smoother closer to the date.
