In Desperate Need of a Bbl!

Smh... that's sad. Spectrum is definitely shady... I had a consultation with Ghurani about 3 weeks ago... I made a mistake and navigated to Spectrum instead of his private office and they told me he still works there + has his own location but they didn't know where it was... any way I left there and went to Ghurani's office on Kendall Dr and he did a lot of down talking on Spectrum. He even made it a point to say "they have no respect for medicine or their patients." Which is why he claimed he left... Spectrums whole operation is shady... I was bored and had some time to be petty and called Spectrum yesterday inquiring about him and they are still saying Ghurani works there but he is booked for the year. I follow Ghurani on IG and he posted he does not work at any other locations and has immediate open availability...

This already the second time they break my contract, I suppose to go with dr Alvarez and a month before my surgery they called me that he's not working with them anymore and now again.... it's exactly a month from now and now I have no clue what to do! And my coordinator Liz hasn't even called me to let me know, I found out through RealSelf and I called liz at least 30 time and no answer! So I decided to just called spectrum main number instead of liz direct number and I asked about ghurani and they were ohhh yea he's not with us anymore dr dowbak will do ur surgery.... hellll naw he ain't! And they said they couldn't give me any details until I talk to liz ... I'm usually a very laid back chill person and I try to keep it professional but I was soooooo angry that I sent a very harsh email, I'm just so upset that it happened again and I had already asked for time off and I'm a grad student as well so I'll be starting classes soon so if I don't get my surgery done next month I will have to wait until next summer:( sorry I'm going a rant I'm just so upset !!!!

Did you pay with cash or credit? Maybe you can call your bank and reverse the charges if you paid with credit since you haven't had the surgery yet...

I paid with my debit card, I'm going to call liz tomorrow and I'm not going to stop until I get a hold of her or someone I'm the office that will help me figure out what next... I know they will fight to not give my deposit back but this is already the 2nd time they broke the contract smh thanks @newmoon2018...... btw do u know what's ghurani BMI requirements in his private practice? Is it 32?

I seen reviews on dowbak he is board certified if I'm not mistaken double certified his work is good buttttt I love love love ghurani bbl n lipo so I would try to find a way to get ur money back being as u did book with a specific doctor if anyone is getting breast implants Ortega is def the best for that hands down I just got mines in march at spectrum and I get compliments form everyone my friends were confused if I had them done or not because they look so real..
