I've never written a review before but I hurt beyond means and completely wasted money getting this procedure done. Nothing change very much and the doc wasn't tentative nor was the discharge nurse I got nothing I asked for I showed pic etc. before surgery he said he'll lipo as much out and put as much as he could back in he did none of that. After the surgery he said I've read the blogs where they say I'm not a aggressive with lipo and started making excuses. I've had heard so much from his reviews prior to the surgery and was excited at first but now I feel like a lot of those were fake. I still have no waist line no hips and especially no ass it's not projection or anything I've been wearing compression garments and getting the massages following all directions but same disappointing results so much so I hate walking past the mirror and seeing nothing. Discharge after surgery the nurse rushed me out put me in a broken garment and didn't give me or my ride any of my discharge papers. My stomach is just a tad bit flatter

Hi...thanks for your review because I'm interested in getting a MMO by Dr Ortega. Would you post before and after pics of your BBL(back shots)...Im looking at your pictures like you don't need anything done and didn't realize you had a BBL. You look great by the way!

If picture two is after surgery, I see a huge difference from picture one. Little waist and hips. Post some pictures of your bbl.

I'll post those the waist and stomach are fine I wanted a ass not just flat stomach the hips went away as well

Did he offer to do a revision or a "round 2" at a discounted rate? I see a slight difference but I understand you expecting a wash board stomach.

I'm sorry that you wasted so much money. It's a shame that these doctors act as if it grows on trees. Then again for them it does, with their conveyer belt of patients with inconsistent results. Oh well, the checks cash the same. When I choose to stay in the states I was going with Ortega initially, but the Spectrum IG kept posting Ghurani's work. He is more expensive, but the results seem better. I'm still skeptical of the whole clinic. I'm glad you had a safe surgery. Maybe you will continue to shrink over time.

That's what I'm debating on now if I should pay the extra $1,600 and get the results that I'm looking for because I'm going to be pissed if dr. Ortega me the same way I guess you get what you pay for
