My iron was too low I worked on that for a month did great pop iron 2x a day and I hate liver all my life and now it don't phase me at all, lbs 190-to 186 now I will work on my sugar I will stay at home for a month LOL no I will leave my bank card home. Dr. Sergio Alvarez will c u in August

Awww. That sucks. Maybe you'll be closer to the cooler months when you have it done. I'm having some revision lipo next month and I am NOT looking forward to wearing that compression garment in this Texas heat. My original surgery was in November, so it was perfect weather for the extra padding. Now I'll have to go out being hot and bulky.
I think your right I can't stand wearing clothing in the summer. I'm a winter gal. Texas is very hot I wish you well
What was ur iron at?
Well, I'm glad that the Dr. holds your life above getting you done, but I understand the iron thing! I have to take it 3xs a day.. Take Vitamin C with it to help absorb them as well, Don't eat them with dairy.. it hampers absorption. Good luck to you! :)

If you ion is high drink milk ,cheese,tea and coffe make your ion lower, i know because many years in the medical field,it is to low broccoli, spinach ,liver and goat meat can increase your ion 2 or 3 pount in 48 hour.

Hello. I'm still waiting for my lab work I was told it should be in today and I have to see cardio 7/8 for clearance. far as recovery I still holding on to hope I paid for my bf to go with me every since I book the ticket I have not heard from her THANK GOD I put insurance on the ticket. I will need all the support I can get
