Hello Realself family this is my first post but not my first wxperience with real self. I have been on this site reading reviews and researching Doctors. I was original plan was to get my Bbl. in NY but days before my surgery the office let me meet the surgeon who was not pleasant and I did not feel comfortable with him doing my surgery. Well back to the drawing board. I was looking into Dr. Duran in Santo Domingo D.R. I love how she shapes her girls she can really transform. My family did not feel good abt me going over seas so I opt to stay in the states. I did some more research and decided to go with Dr. Ortega after speaking to my coordinator Liz whom after having Dr. O and herself seeing my pics told me that he can help me. Liz was very sweet and answered any questions I had. I had a wonderful experience with Ruth who make sure that all your labs and clearances were ok. I also referred my friend who wanted contouring and a Bbl. (I Referred her & made her Appt. and she paid 500.00 Less than me for the same procedure, I so did not understand that and was a lil disappointed by this But I brought this to Liz's attention and she said she would speak to her manager abt it) sorry for diverting. I stayed at the Assistance4Life recovery house for 5 nights. Karla and her Sister Maria was very nice and the house was clean we had a caretaker there with us the first 24 hours her name was Maria too she was the sweetest lady I met she gave you hugs and kisses and cooked us good Cuban Food I requested that she be my caretaker when I go back next month for my Tt & Bl.
My bff and I had our Bbl on Feb. 13th 2015 I was a little scared the morning of the surgery. Dr Ortega explained what he had planned to do and because I am having my Extended TT and Bl next month he told me what to expect to see when he was done, but to take into consideration that I am coming back for stage two of my transition so the overall look will be different and more to my expectations.
I an 9 days Post Op from my bbl and the swelling had gon down some and I see some difference but would have liked it a little fuller at the hips and bigger I am not sure how many CCs he put because my post op report was not back and we were leaving. PLEASE take note that we were not able to get no Massages even though we paid for them. We were scheduled on a Friday and leaving that following Tuesday so and they were closed on that weekend so we did not get that part of our package :-( Do not schedule for a Friday unless you plan on staying longer to get them. I will add more details in my next post my neck is killing me laying on my stomach day and night is the worst but I want the best results I can get. Feel free to ask me any questions that you may have.

10 days Post Op
Boy oh boy I can't wait to sit down or even lay on my side,but I wasn't the best results possible I do not want to disturb the transfer in any way I haven't sat down since the plane ride back to NY.
I am so nervous abt the Tummy tuck & Breast Lift . Do anyone have any recovery post and how is the healing? Is it like having a C-Section? I have had 3 c-sections and each time was better than the on before it. (Actually breezing through the last lol.)
