What is your current weight and height... Mines is 5'1 and 154 .. Lizbeth at spectrum told me to loose 5 lbs and I think that makes the fat soft

I actually switched to dr Ortega I like how his results look much better on smaller women like myself im 5'6 150 but two of my friends went to to Dr omulepu and they look AMAZING but they are also much heavier than me my surgery date is oct 13th I will keep you posted on my journey

I want to lose about 15 pounds before my surgery just to get the results I want but it's so hard to lose. I was a size 2 but not a too skinny size 2. My body has a muscular look as if I run track (I wish). I have been taking adipex but it's not doing anything quick. Any suggestions I would appreciate

Yes Im going to Dr O. I havent set a surgery date but I did put down a deposit. Its funny because I want to gain weight like at least 20 lbs. I think my thighs are like pencils because I used to weight train in the past so Im muscular :/

Yea I think Im going to try and just wont go over a 30 bmi cause I uaed to workout alot so its muscle really :(. Maybe you can do squats, lunges, and glute bridges those help bulk the bottom

Yes it's Dr J! Paying a fortune for this and just wanted to see if anyone had feedback or an opinion. I like Dr O work as well & his price. See i need a j tuck too which is where they cut the fat off. I don't want a Tummy Tuck since I want another baby

I wish I could afford Dr J but seeing that Im a recent college grad thts not going to happen lol. But hmm can you get it without the j tuck?
