Implant Removal/ explant ????????????

WOW. What a 2 year journey! I remember all the excitement of getting my implants. It's only been my whole life that I wanted a little bigger boobs. After breast feeding my daughter's I loved how big they got.... but didn't like how deflated they became. (The rest of the story is on my original post.)

WHY DID I REMOVE THE IMPLANTS?
• I started to notice some changes with my body/ health! Foggy brain, loss of short term memory, finger tips cold , sharp pains shooting thru my body at times, So Tired every day, headaches daily, sex drive lowered, common cold took longer to leave my body.

I started looking for videos and blogs of individual who were sick from their implant & BOOM.... all this information popped up. Smh

So i called a month ago to schedule my removal. $3,700 & YES WORTH IT... We are talking about my health here!!!!!

I watched a ton of videos on YouTube to see what the process was, as well as any stories ladies talked about. So I kinda knew going in what to expect!

???? DAY 1. My left breast does feel any pain except for the little incision. However my right best. SHEEESSSH.. the pain was an 8 easy! (I think that was the implant that was leaking so their is more tugging & removing of the capsule. I'll be checking on that tomorrow. )
? 3 PILLS - MUSCLE RELAXER, PAIN PILLS & ANTIBIOTIC FOR INFECTIO .
? I had soup for dinner. (I learned last operation that it's easy to get constipated!!!) I'll have soup and lots of fluids during this healing process. ?Surgery was at 1pm, didn't go back to prep until 3:30pm.. 4pm surgery began.
? woke up around 5:30pm. Went to the bathroom & the nurse helped me get dressed.
? OMG I was in pain on the RIGHT BREAST... while the LEFT BREAST was great. I can hardly feel any pain. Again, I will be calling DR. JOHNS in the am.

So that's it for now! I'll check back In to keep you updated / with pics.m

Thank you for listening / reading.

3-day post op and 1-week post op.

For years I have been looking into breast implants...

For years I have been looking into breast implants and finally this year I decided to make it happen! I found this site and read countless reviews and Dr.'s also. I found Dr Omulepu, Osakatukei from Miami, FL. He was having a sale (lol) and his prices were 3x cheaper than where I'm from... I had a cruise already planned so I scheduled my Op date for when we returned.... YIPPEE. . I had 2 weeks to get a physical, blood work and a EKG done.. Everything fell into place and my date was confirmed 5-days before I boarded my cruise! (3-day cruise).. My husband was with me and I'm glad he was. We waited in the back room for like 2hrs before surgery... but everyone was real nice and funny. When i woke up from surgery I felt great! I was able to walk out of the recovery room with no assistance. ;) My husband was shocked since he just watched 3 other women come out in wheel chairs and crying. We went to the pharmacy to get my meds and to the hotel we went. When i started my pain meds that was it!!! I was sleep off and on for hours. The pain was more like aching muscles. 1 thing I will tell you. .. make sure you take a stool softener while you are on those meds!!! Constipation is NOT GOOD, especially while your stitches are healing! I'm now at week 4 and I am loving my full breasts. (I'm sorry, I was a 36B and I wanted to be a full C, Dr O used 500 Memory Silicon) I bought a bra today and I fill a 38C /FULL C. Maybe even a D, but I know I'm still swollen. The Dr said the swelling will last about 2 to 3 months. I took my surgical tape off the other day and I still have wire showing on both sides of the incision (nipple). I called and I was told it could take months for the wires to resolve. (Urggg) Well my next appt is in 3 weeks so I'm sure they will remove them if they haven't dessolved. I'm so excited! I used to hate trying on clothes but now, I full out the tops real nice! My Vote. .. WORTH IT
