First time after LVR
So we tried out the new vajayjay today. Used lots of lubricant. It was pretty painful only on the outside (the perineum). I will be 8 weeks post op on Thursday. The vagina was not painful at all and felt little tighter I guess. My partner said he definitely noticed a difference. I was in so much pain on the outside I couldn't really concentrate. The pain did get better and hoping the next few times it just gets better and better.
2nd and last post op
Had my last post op today. The vaginal exam did not hurt at all. Doctor said everything looked great. Had a couple of stitches removed from my perineum which were causing my irritation. Feels so much better already. Have the go ahead to resume all activities in 2 weeks. Very excited and a little nervous. Will wait til then to decide if it was worth it
5 weeks down!
5 weeks today! Feel pretty good, everything looks good and stitches appear to be gone, however my perineum has been sore this past week. Feels hard from the scar I guess and just irritated at times. Been doing sitz baths a couple of times a day and using tucks pads to wipe with. Have my second post op next Tuesday. Little nervous because I know she will be doing an exam.
