44 Year Old Female- 2 Children (14 & 18) - Upstate, SC

So incredibly happy. No complications. incision is looking great- basic swelling- more on the right side than the left. Still can't stand up straight. Doing all I can to stay still and rest.

Feeling really good- finally looked at myself in mirror- front and back- i don't recognize my own body!

I almost cried. I am so very happy! I can tell I am swollen but it is still so gratifying.

Still have one drain- I over did it a few nights ago and paid for it yesterday. Have to remind myself that I have to stay still, rest, hydrate, and take care of myself to continue the healing process.

Tried to sleep in my bed 7 days post op and it was too soon. I am in my recliner and that is so much better!

Pain level is low - only taking Acetaminophen!

I have invested tremendously in my body- both financially and emotionally. I am going to protect my investment!

Will continue to post updates.

One drain removed and staples/stitches removed today.
Feeling good. Moving as much as possible.
So pleased with the results!
