Best option for me personally. Pros: use of your own tissue, more natural look, changes with weight gain or loss to fit your body, tummy tuck, no maintenance needed. Cons: all risk is up front, can loose flaps, pain, will need help moving after surgery, 4 - 5 day stay in hospital after surgery, can not go a size larger but can go smaller.
