Hi,
I had bags under my eyes and my doctor recommended to put fat under eyes, and also cheeks. It's been 5 months and everyday i look worst. All the fat under eyes disappeared and now I have very hollow under eyes.
The cheeks are loosing volume in a very strange way, i have very visible ridges, and the fat is reabsorving from both sides of the cheeks leaving only the central part of the cheeks, everyday looks thiner and very shinny face. It looks horrible and everyday I look older that before fat transfer, What can I do?

I had a fat transfer a year ago. I was unhappy a few months a go but now it is getting worst as I have ridge line very visible in some shadows, Also the right side is very shiny and has lumps visible with day light and artificial light as you can see. What are my options? Fillers can correct this? Do you recommend me a second procedure? As my doctor says he can´t see anything strange and need advice from other doctors. I really need to solve this problem, I am having an obsesion with lights and I see myself very very strange and unnatural look. Thanks a lot

I would honestly not add anything and try and remove it as soon as possible before it goes hard.

Hi rubita,
That you are so shiny is a side effect, you cannot do anything about it, only use make-up powder :( Further, the lumps, this is what you get if the fat was placed superficial. Fat can be injected right on top of the bone, in between the muscle layer, or right under the skin. If you see lumps this is mostly because it is injected to much right under the skin. If you see 'lines' it is from where the cannula went in, it are 'cannula traces', this can also happen when a surgeon was too superficial. You cannot really do anything about it, as far as I know. I wouldn't try to have it removed with micro lipo, it can really cause sagging of the skin, and also create more 'cannula traces'. Maybe there is a topical treatment, that destroyes a little bit of fat or softens the tissue? I didn't found any jet. Some people that used lasers on their face do claim that the laser made them loose a bit of fat. I remember reading this a while ago, with bad reviews about laser resurfacing. I also had a fat transfer, but am a little overfilled, so I want to try a topical treatment, maybe laser and juts hope that it will remove/burn some fat.
