Hi, my name is Brenda and I'm 43 year old.
Today I'm happy, credible and I have an identity!
Thanks to Dr. Simon and Dr. Capitan, who did my face reloading and in spesific my forehead/orbital reduction & eyebrow lift + rinoplasty +chin and jaw contouring with osteotomy, today I can live, not survive!
I'm working as makeup artist for the Italian TV, I have my own life, a boyfriend and I'm thanking every days to went in touch with Facial team years ago!
I remember Ana and Lilia, the patient coordinators who welcomed me introducing to the team and doctors.
The clinic in Marbella is amazing, everybody took care of me and my recovery time post surgery has been safe and delicate.
So if today I should advice doctors who could change your life, Dr. Daniel Simon and Dr. Luis Capitan would be at the top of my chart!

I'd love to have FFS ,and breast Implants, but don't have the money. I am a Male to Female Transgender woman at this time, but I want to be complete with Gender Comformation Surgery. I would feel so good.
Welcome to the community, thank you so much for taking the time to share your story here on RealSelf.
It's wonderful to hear that you had such a positive experience and a comforting recovery. Do you have any post-op care tips to share with the community?
For a well and fast recovery, I have been resting a lot and I have been taking carefully my medications. I remember about the stitches on the jaw perimeter, I needed to mouth rince very often and carefully for almost one month.
About stitches on my head, between hairs, I needed to use a gentile shampoo to help dry blood dissolving.
I remember vitamins and baby food helped me to stay strong!
Hope this little remembrance could help...
Ciao☺
Thanks for your reply :)
