I had to travel to Spain to get it, but I think I am finally going to get the result I wanted and I can see the end of what has been a long and frustrating experience.
My first disastrous Vaser Lipo in April 2015, left me looking worse than how I started, with lumps and bumps that I thought made me look deformed. But the surgeon organised for another surgeon to correct it in April 2016, however he then let me down on the day of the surgery, due to 6 hours overrunning and an anesthetist with other plans. He then refused me 6 months later, saying I needed a Tummy Tuck. To be honest, I think he was upset that I was blogging my experience, and my honesty did not make him look good.
So this time I wasn't going to blog again until I was done... and fingers crossed... I'm fixed!
One of the first surgeons I ever considered was Dr Aslani at Cirumed, Spain, but I decided to go for a London surgeon as I thought it would be easier, safer and less problematic. But I have now gone back to my first choice and now I'm in Spain, recovering for a week.
Not that it has been smooth sailing. There were several emails, pictures being emailed that I would have rather not shared with anyone, a couple of telephone calls and an online consultation. Then a 5 hour wait in the Admissions department of a Spanish hospital, not knowing what was happening, But eventually I got to meet the Dr and had a real consultation just before the procedure. I then stayed overnight in the hospital, which was much better as I came to Spain by myself and don't really speak Spanish.
And I haven't just gone for Lipo, I have also had some Fat Transfer to replace some of the lost volume in my bust and was convinced to add a little to my hips. The Doctor said the scar tissue was really tough, the worse he has ever had and he actually broke a Canullar on me. He hopes to never experience a case like mine again.
I know how things can change from this early stage but, at the moment I'm loving the bust, and the snatched waist... but undecided about the hips. I'm very, very, bruised, a lot more than the last time, but up and about and feeling pretty good and very positive. Next summer there will be a new sexy me!

Day 3 Shower time

I was wearing Binders until I my first appointment where I was given a proper compression garment. I pulled them really tight.... maybe too tight looking st the indentations in my skin.
I don't want to get too happy too soon but.... Dr Aslani is a genius. Can hardly see the incisions.

Lipo and Fat Transfer

Recovering well, the only place that hurts is my back, the rest is so subtle I've already cut out the serious pain meds. Went for my consultation and even the reception staff were telling me how well I am.
Had my first MLD yesterday.... which felt good, but to be honest I can't tell the difference. Saying that when I got back my system started to work again which also felt great (sorry about the TMI). Was given a compression garment (a BBL bodysuit was the only one that fit me) and Abdominal foam.... who knew it was just a big foam triangle.
I have loved the pics on here of the girls that have had the works, but felt that would be too much for me. So I originally approached Dr A just for Lipo, but he does not like to waste the fat. I then suggested putting some lost volume back in my breasts and he convinced me to also add a bit to my hips. Most of my fat was scar tissue, but he has still managed enough to curve me up nicely. I'm glad I didn't actually go for the butt, as since the back fat has gone, it looks good. So my total score was.... Lipo to abs, flanks, back and a little inside thigh, Fat transfer to top of breasts and hips. Now have to wait and see how much stays.
