Always loved the side profile of my implants ! They have remained in place so well compared to my breasts. I am really grateful that this has at least gone well.
If I could, I’d have a tiny bit more fat in the hips again, but I was never perfect to begin with. Everything Dr Aslani did was beneficial. I think I did get one mark from the lipo as someone has mentioned, but the overall result did make me happy. I think this surgery really benefited myself, so thank you so much Dr Aslani for this.
Even sometimes with the best surgeons, things can go wrong, I was lucky that my bbl and bum implants didn’t. I hope everyone gets the results they desire xxx

I have seen that Dr Aslani has had some negative feedback recently, and so sorry for those girls :( I know how devastating it is when you save hard for a surgery for it to go wrong. I experienced this with a breast surgeon in the uk, and was totally advised wrong and ended up with a poor outcome :(
I had implants done nearly 4 years ago now, wow!! That has gone quick!
I did have a second bbl surgery afterwards and it was okay! Maybe I didn’t really need it from the first round !:) xx
We all wish we could have bigger buts, bugger hips etc sometimes hey?:) x
I’ve uploaded a video showing the implants still in place and looking well! Xx I am surprised they’ve lasted this long as my breast surgery in the Uk went wrong within 3 years, I had a flipped implant and dropped breasts.

Ar Aslani is a genius!
From start to finish my experience was amazing! Xx I was so happy with dr aslani and his team the whole way through, his nurses, call team and him are all so friendly ! Don't get me wrong, recovery is hard, but once it's finished its so worth it. I had bbl and implants last year In June so it's nearly been a year, I'm going back for a second bbl and bum implants, maybe later this year, or early next year. I Lost all the weight I had to put on so I can't really get a bbl currently and I'm going to get a Breast uplift within a few weeks so need to take it easy for now, even though seeing big asses makes me wanna get it done again ASAP!:( xx

I can't genuinely say a bad word about the doctor or any of his staff, they've all been so helpful. Aslani has genuinely changed my life and gave me an amazing boost of confidence that I did really need. My front and back looks better, the whole figure is better! X he can improve what you had, but he can't transform you into nicki Minaj overnight, think those looks take many surgeries to get, but I genuinely love what he's done to my body, it's really incredible
