I am feeling Great actually my stomach look fine the swelling is fading yes I can have bloated days but over all it looks great my boobs look amazing I will post pictures now I am putting silicon sheets on the scars from mepiform they work like magic I swear and also I am using Bio oil on the skin around my nipple and around my tummy tuck scars ... hmmm what else yea when I massage my breast sometimes I feel the silicon augmentation I hope this will go away my dr said that my body will build like a shield around it I still have some pain from my surgery specially my lipo areas

I was sitting with one of my friends and she mentioned a medicine called ivory cap to lightining the skin so I am starting a course as soon as it arrives maybe it can help me to reduce pigmentation in my scar

Yesterday I decided not to wear my grid i woke up with a bump in my stomach is that normal also I wore a sport bra smaller than what the dr described I ended up with a swelling breast BLA really hurt I swear I can feel them moving inside I thought I felt ok today so I went to the beach with my family just walking and shopping came back feeling horrible bare in mind that I wore the grid all day until 17;00 I decided to take it off I feel sick and i feel that my feet are numb I am so scared it might be a sign of a stroke so I just took baby aspirin I will go see the dr tomorrow i am really sore and for my anemia I am taking iron bill every day vit c omega 3 and stress taps vit wish me luck
