PROS: OMG I should have done this years ago. I am 56 years old. My body changed, I got really really fruppy, all my clothes were frumpy, my body was frumpy, I think I even started talking frumpy. I am an American living in Spain. I am new to plastic surgery but I wanted to get something done and I was scarry. I did a lot of research, I went to a lot of Doctors and had lots of consultations. I picked THE BEST DOCTOR IN THE US AND EUROPE. You see Doctors are like artist, they all have a different style and technique. Dr. Aslani is a true artist, the best. He does a lot of BBL's and has a lot of experience. A lot of Doctors cannot make the fat they take from the tummy stay in the BUTT. I saw other patients that had Dr. Aslani and their butts were still big and goregous. I don't know the medical technique but he must have some strong super glue because my butt and all the others I have seen him do are great and they are there to stay. I read on line a lot of girls who got the BBL were disappointed because their butt deflated, NOT DR. Aslani's Butts.
My husband thought I was crazy for getting a BBL, he wanted me to get the Breast lift but after the surgery he was more excited than me. He LOVES MY BBL. He thinks my butt is his pillows now. I can't take a shower in peace because he runs in the bathroom with his camera and starts taking pics of my butt.
ABOUT THE SURGERY:
Well the first night is not a party but it is really worth it. I had pain the first night and I had to get used to the guridle but the pain is bearable, not too bad. After the first 3 days I was a lot better, and I am old.
After the surgery, I lost the FRUMP. I threw away all my frumpy clothes and bought little tight skinny clothes, I will show you some on the photos. I like to go to La Canada and try on clothes all day. I have a blast. Everything looks good on my butt.
ABOUT THE STAFF:
WONDERFUL, they respond to me really quickly. They are all really sweet and really professional. They told me what to expect which made everything easier. They all really care about how you feel. They want you to be happy. They speak perfect English. They make you feel special.
AFTER THE SURGERY:
I feel like a new woman. I love my new BUTT. I exercise more now, I watch what I eat, and I try on clothes. LOL
If you want the BEST you really should see Dr. Aslani before you make your decision. His prices are the same as the other doctors but he really should charge a lot more because he specializes in BBL's. There is a lot to a BBL to make it look great. It takes a lot of experience to get really good. The doctor has to know where to put the fat, how much fat to put in, where to take the fat from, the procedure to take the fat, and how to make it stick. I love the BBL because it makes your waist look really small. Actually I lost 2 sizes during the surgery. Before the surgery I was wearing a XL and 2 hours with Dr. Aslani and I was a small-medium. WOW!!!
