I am a very skinny person and none of the women in my family have buttocks. It is horrible, we are all very flat even if we gain weight we don’t gain buttocks, we are just flat there, so surgery was the only option for me. A friend of mine recently had surgery with Dr. Aslani in Malaga and she suggested for me to go there and see if he thinks the Brazilian buttock surgery would be an option for me.
Dr. Aslani told me I am not going to get what I want with fat transfer only and he suggested combining buttock implants and fat transfer for my case.
I was never bothered about the rest of my body, have some fat on my stomach and sides too but this has never bothered me either. Now it is gone I am very happy anyway, my stomach looks better and I have a better shape of the sides.
The scars are barely visible, some small incisions from the fat extraction and the scar of the implants is a fine line and is always hidden under my underwear.

What do you mean with fake? If you want to meet me you can inbox me and meet me, I live in Spain! I had my buttocks operated with Dr. Aslani and he did a great job.
don't get upset. "mariahs" is posting dodgy comments all over dr.aslani's patients, and at the same time relentlessly "sells" the same group of dominican surgeons. I think she is commercial.

Hi Natasha, the Dr. used 250cc in fat transfer and 250 cc of silicone implants in each side of my buttocks, i have no idea what is the biggest siza he have, sorry honey...
10.000 for THAT? wow. You should of gone to the US or DR, the surgery would have been cheaper. I honestly don't see the difference. I think you should of gotten a discount since you are so skinny and he only got 250 cc's of fat.
i know is a lot of money, but this is just what i wanted, i am totally happy and i really can see the difference
