BBL for my Square Shape , Dr Aslani - Spain, ES

So im back at the hotel now and I must say I am in alot of pain; which is to be expected. I got meds so I am using that to manage the pain. The dizziness after coming out of theatre was the worst. I couldnt stand for more than a few seconds and coupled with the fasting from the night before, I was very weak. I have eaten and got several rounds of painkillers and woke up feeling better.

The hospital was spotless and the staff including the man himself, Mr Aslani was amazing and non judgemental. He was a professional all the way but I could tell he loved his work and he is a very nice man.

I got a peak of myself when I had my bandages changed so I will put those up. Overall I am happy but I know I wont see true results until my swelling subsides. I have my follow up on Friday so I get a new garment then as well.

One word of advice is to make sure you have that urinal thing you can stand and pee with, trying to sit will bring tears to your eyes. If you buy only one thing, make it this. It will save you so much torture.

Flight went ok and I am staying in a hotel by the beach. Not as warm as Id love but its January and I need to remember Im still in Europe lol. Still nice to be away from gloomy London.

Getting packed for hospital and I am willing my head with happy thoughts because these nerves, whoo lawd ???? ... I am running all these scenarios over in my head up im so over it now. Too late to turn back.

I dont even know what to pack since I might not be wearing knickers for a couple days? But im going to wing it and bring a long skirt and top and 2 jumpsuits and a dressing gown I can throw over myself. I also bought some crocs (super flattering, not) because they are water proof and I am prepared for fluids (read pee) to probably get on me as Im sure I wont be able to bend. The things we go through lol. I also bought that lady urinal thing, the one where you stand up to pee but when I imagine myself using I laugh out loud. Sure sign im going a little loopy right now.

Fasting from midnight and hoping to be at the hospital bright and early for a good start.

Being a London girl Ive read hundreds of reviews for Drs in several countries but after weighing up the pros and cons (esp that of transatlantic travel); Ive decided Dr Aslani is the one for me ????

I am flying out today and everything has gone well with his team who have been absolute professionals thus far. My questions and concerns have never gone unanswered and I am hoping for an even better experience at the hospital itself.

When I made first contact I was told to put on weight which I have (very easy to do with a slow metabolism) so Im happier I have enough fat to transfer now.

Being top heavy I am not happy with my carrot shape and wish for more volume in my bum so I can feel more confident in my clothes. Not to mention my muffin top that came and would not go after the birth of my son.

I have a special friend here who has helped me on my journey so far and her results have been fantastic so fingers crossed for me ????. She has also been the inspiration to post a review as I know how it helps one to make the important decision of choosing your surgeon.

Will try to update as much as possible but I really dont know what my pain levels will be like soon after so .... bear with me.
