I had a bbl, and I am very disappointed. I look almost like before, little to no change.
I wasn't lipoed properly and most of my fat is still here, my bum it's just a tiny bit bigger than what it used to be. I spend all this money for nothing, I am so disappointed.
My story is long and I will update the whole of it with pictures soon as I have some free time.

Sorry about your very costly and disappointing experience. With what you paid in Spain you could have gone to Mexico or Dominican Republic and have gotten maybe too much bum, but they certainly make women look curvaceous and beautiful....perhaps next time. Hi, I was very pleased with the results after the surgery I looked great and my bum was huge! as for now I am 3 months post op and most of the fat has "melted" :( I have spoke to jenny yes and she said that the fat has not melted but is the swelling that went down...indeed i was swollen but 1200 cc of fat should show! and I don't see it! happy healing hun xx

Did you sit during the first 3 weeks to a month. They say you should not for two weeks, but I read a few doctors who suggested longer for the fat to merge with your cells and avoid loss of volume...feedback appreciated. Best of luck.

Can't seem to see your pre op pics? In my opinion your post op pics look good, it's not flat, I would be happy with your bum, mines quite flat and I might get a BBL from DR ASLANI in the future to compliment my new figure. Have you spoke to him or Jenny about your disappointment?
