Morning,
I'm extremely sad..I spent all my savings on this and I won't even go on a holiday this year..thank God I am working abroad all summer.
As for my body, I don't feel comfortable naked at all. I have loads of scars on my bum and belly, and my waist oh my waist..the thing i wanted the most was a smaller waist..but Im still where I was pre op (30 inch) argg im so pissed!! I want to go for round 2 so bad but I'm broke as a [RS bleep] lol also I wouldn't risk going to DR..Does anyone know of a goof surgeon in the US? (not Salama as I've read of girls getting burned from lipo)

Sorry I went MIA but I have been extremely busy. I don't even know where to start..So after I posted my review I was contacted by Dr Aslani, and we had a chat over the phone, he sounded very annoyed by my negative review, he told me I should have spoke to him before..(which I did, well not directly, but I sent my pix to Jenny and told her I wasn't happy with the results) however, they got rude as you can read by the comment they posted below which is basically a copy and paste of a letter he sent me via email, where he defines my expectation as "grotesque" (my wish pic was that of Yaris Sanchez, please google her and see how grotesque she looks lol). However he offer to fly me to Spain "to take the pictures himself" like if the pictures I sent weren't clear enough..anyway I accept, hoping for him to eventually fix what needs to be fixed. The day I was supposed to fly to Spain, I am being refused at the check-in because, they did not write my full name as it appears on my passport (although I texted Jenny my full name and everything). Now immagine how aggravated I was..I had to catch a train at friggin 5 am to get to the airport, all for nothing...anyway, after a few days I manage to book a skype call with Aslani, I really wanted to show him, the areas I am concerned about. However, the day of my skype call Aslani has a problem with his internet connection...so he calls me over the phone, I insist he tries to log into his skype, witch all over sudden starts working again... I show him the rolls he left me with and all the fat on the upper abdominal area, at first he claims it was due to my thick skin, later he claims he only takes as much fat as he will need for the grafts, and doesn't have to remove any more...complete opposite of what he claimed before op, where he reassured me that all the excess fat from belly, back and flanks would have been removed. Throughout the whole call, his attitude is rather dismissive, and makes rude remarks, seems like he simply does not want to fix what should be fixed, and keeps finding excuses.. in the end he also claimed that if he would fix this then everyone would come back for a "fix". Lastly I wrote them an email stating pretty much all this, but didn't get anything back..I am extremely disappointed and saddened by all this.

No but I had disappointing results from a doctor in turkey. I should have just went DR from the jump...the doctors there are specialised in creating curves and sculpting bodies. I was confused also as although my shape had improved I still have FAT ROLLS not jus on my back but still on my stomach. Super pissed off, but I'm going for my round 2 in September in DR with Dr Contreras or Cabral, to do my body some justice FINALLY!

Yeh I did , was expecting at least a round shape and smaller toned waist even if it wasn't big as I wanted it,but look the same as pre op. Went through a really long painful recovery paid all that money for nothing. Pissed off isn't the word!

my god. this is ridiculous!! i was looking into aslani for BBL. but the fake reviews as well as the way he treated you really puts me off!!
i'm in the same boat as you but a revision with aslani doesnt seem like a good idea now.. sorry you went through this also!

I re read your posting. If he made you aware he could not give you what you wanted and you begged him to operate anyways, then he is not really at fault on nor refunding or doing the surgery again. I would never have had the surgery with him under those circumstances but I understand you wanted this over with. Did he offer to refund the money at the time and you chose surgery. If not he should have, if not, I would not expect anything good from this guy. Sometimes we make bad choices with things in life, you did with your surgery and I did with my last partner and sometimes we just have to learn from the experience not to precipitate ourselves into making choices our gut feeling is telling us are wrong for us but we chose to go anyways with it because we just want something so bad we become desperate and unrealistic, despite all the proof that we will not get what we want. Prayers sent your way for something positive to happen to make you feel at peace with this whole experience.

Hi hun, thanks for the kind words I would like to clarify that he has got nothing to do with the fake profiles it was his pr team, also I felt safer here in Europe and couldn't travel to the US or DR or Colombia and he is the only that can have performed a bbl with large fat grafts in Europe. Also, Aslani performs his surgery within a hospital and not a clinic like most others do, his team is great and he made me feel in safe hands, unfortunately he was not able sculpt my body properly and the fat has somehow "melted". Anyway I hope I will be able to resolve this somehow. lots of love to you too hun xx

I know you are posting your experience with Asani here, to share with others; I think it would also be extremely beneficial and even more impacting to all, and perhaps to yourself also, to let the Administration in Real You be aware he pulled a scam with his PR posting false positive posts which were what steered you towards your choice as a doctor and that those posts were created by his P.R. team and that this fact was acknowledged by the Doctor. ( Do you have proof?) I do not believe Real Self reads all the writings posted here, so sharing here with us does nothing for you but if you do make Administration aware of the scam they might not allow his name to be promoted here any longer and might contact him to inform him of this. The ethical thing for Asani to have done when you became aware of his scam, which he acknowledged, was to refund your money and not do surgery on you. But it looks he does not abide by ethics. I doubt if he will refund your money but he might if he sees he has been outed and wants to regain some modicum of credibility with the public; he want to prove he corrected his way by refunding. I do not know if this might help but I would definitively try this if I were in your shoes. I would never let the man touch me again, specially if you have had negative interaction or have discredited his work in any way. I would not risk my life. Yh I agree. I also have a patient warranty. And was affected by the fake profiles. Which he told me personally that he had nothing to do with. I deceied to go ahead with my surgery. He has never once told me my expectations are unrealistic. So I feel confident in my choice

My expectations were realistic since people that went to the US or DR achieved the results I was looking for. I had liposuction and my waist measures exactly the same! now it's not about having "a magic wand" it's about doing what the patient asks for! I insisted I wanted a smaller waist however my waist is still the same. also he injected 1200 cc of fat in my bum but where did that all gone?

I wanted to achieve similar results as you whish pix hun, I personally don't think my my expectations were unrealistic. also the pictures on their websites are deceiving they are of 1 week post op. patients, my bum was huge at 1 week but that is because I was swollen. and when I told Jenny my fat has "melted" she told me "you were swollen" then where the hell did he inject 1200 cc??

babe my expectation were far from unrealistic. I just wanted a bigger bum and smaller waist however my waist is still the same and my bum "grew" 1 inch

I understand your disappointment but I also understand surgeons point of views as to, they do the best they can do with what they have to work with, maybe it wasn't possible to take anymore fat away from your waist? If it's the skin that lacks elasticity on the waist I'm pretty sure that can't be removed with lipo. I'm sure he will explain to you why your expectations couldn't be met?

I have elastic skin (that's what he told me) so I doubt that was the case. I don't know why he did not remove fat on my waist and back as he said he would have done that.

Are you still eating well too? Obviously it's still possible to put weight back on afterwards. And training is still important after any surgery, surgery doesn't keep you fit.... It's a help.... But nutrition and working out should always be important too.
We aren't trying to bring you down but surgery doesn't fix all the body issues we have, it jut makes it easier for us to achieve our goals. Still gotta hit the gym!

Yh I do Agree that 1200ccs should be much bigger then that! Like when I go to my consultation I will be very clear about how big I want my bum. I'm sure you was aswell. My wish pick is how I want it to look three months after not 3weeks so I will be saying that.
I feel bad that you never got your results you wanted . He has had some fake profiles so the warranty made me feel better in getting the bbl! Because at least I have the protection. If I didn't I'm not sure I would be going ahead.

does this lady work for Aslani or something? lool and NO! I did not put weight on I had the same rolls at 2 weeks post op and complained about it on a phone call with Aslani and he told me "weight you are still swollen" SMH.

Babe don't rely on the pix u see on his website cause he takes them when he removes your stitches after 1 week, when you are all swollen up. I am case 19 on his website, look how big my bum was at 1 week post and look now! it's all gone!!

Im sorry about your resluts and i have expressed my concerns about this to them. i want to look like your case aswell. so i am shocked! I said that i want to make sure i look like that post op 3months after not just 1 week. i also asked for some older pre op pictures. i will be going ahead with my surgery though. can i ask you some questions about your experience of local antheisa with sedation? was you in pain ?

lol babe my bum was hugeeee I loved it I was so happy I was like f**k DR lol dr Aslani is the man!! but according to Jenny "I was swollen" In fact I don't think is fair to put them pics up, they are deceiving, because they are taken when you all swollen they should put 3 moths post op pix.

yeah, the surgery went very well, I spoke to Jenny and she booked a skype follow up consultation for me...I doubt he will fix me though ughh I am so angryyy I spent 6 k for nothing!

I feel her experience is valid and results are poor. Dr Aslani didn't do this surgery well at all.
